some of the public things i've made

• I built Reactome's Pathway Browser, an interactive tool used by biologists to explore, visualize, and analyze molecular pathways (molecular machinery of life!). also prototyped an interface for running in silico perturbation experiments directly on pathway diagrams.
• On the modeling side (to support above feature), I worked on DeltaSignal, a mechanistic model for predicting how molecular perturbations propagate through biological pathways, and built experimental evaluation and validation pipelines.
• I studied optimizers, how spectral normalization changes feature-learning dynamics in neural networks, wrote Rank-One Spectral Normalization Accelerates Projected Feature Learning (ICML 2026 HiLD).
• I built ClawKeeper, a runtime safety layer for autonomous agentic systems, with tool-call interception, trajectory-level oversight, and adaptive defenses against prompt injection and other attacks.
• CODEOFCONDUCT, which explored multilingual counterspeech generation using simulated annealing and LLM-based ranking, won first places at the COLING 2025 shared task.
• I coauthored PANDA, the world’s first Mandarin Chinese counterspeech dataset combining LLM generation workflows, pairwise ranking, and human curation.
